Are they going to release a Mass Effect 2 that has all of the Extra content and characters included?

Is Bioware going to release a Mass Effect 2 with all of the extra characters, content and missions? Or at the very least, will they make availiable to extra content you need to know the story for mass effect 3? I'd love to play these, but i do not have access to xbox live.Are they going to release a Mass Effect 2 that has all of the Extra content and characters included?

the arrival DLC and Lair of the Shadow Broker are the big ones.....the events of either happen without you playing them or not, so Liara ends up as the broker (LofSB) and you destroyed a mass relay that took out a batarian colony (arrival)Are they going to release a Mass Effect 2 that has all of the Extra content and characters included?
That version of Mass Effect 2 with everything is only on PS3!
