Bioware.
If you have never played Knights of the Old Republic or Mass Effect you need to do so now. Also Mass Effect 2 is coming out and they just released Dragon Age Origins which is getting ridiculous review scores. They also did Jade Empire, I would check out Bioware as they always add a bit more to their games to make them interesting
