I have run the compatibility wizard thing, and it has installed, but it doesnt want to play. Did bioware release a patch or am i just screwed in this case?What must i do to play the original neverwinter nights on windows vista?
Many applications that used to run on Windows do not run on Windows Vista. There are some definite incompatibility issues, and to make matters worse, Megasoft has discontinued everything in their Windows line except for Windows Vista. Wasn't that nice of them?
If you wish to continue playing Neverwinter Nights, you need to get an older version of Windows and install it on your computer. You can partition your hard drive and use part of it for older Windows and related programs, if you wish. - LJS
