Is Bioware making the Fallout MMO?

At the awesome risk of starting a rumor, what do you think chances are that interplay has allowed Bioware to work on the licence? To me it seems almost likely since Interplay just proposed some money thing (that i clearly dont understand) for the fallout mmo licence.Is Bioware making the Fallout MMO?
Interplay still has the rights over the Fallout MMO, they haven't signed it over to any other company because they intend to develop it themselves.



What they did sell off was the rights to develop Fallout 3, to Bethesda.



Right now, even though they have the rights over the Fallout MMO, Interplay hasn't even starting working on developement for it. My guess is that they want to wait for Fallout 3 to come out, be a success, capitalize on that and then start developement on the MMO. Because right now, Fallout isn't a popular game, the younger generation hasn't even heard of it, so part 3 will hopefully make it mainstream again.Is Bioware making the Fallout MMO?
