I don't think they've announced a specific release date yet (spring 2011), much less how much the subscription is going to be.Has Bioware/Lucas Arts announced their payment plan for "Star Wars: The Old Republic?"?
So far there is no official word but you can expect the usual - monthly, 4-month (or 6-month), yearly and gametime card, maybe even a one time lifelong subscription like for Lotro.
Be it as it may there won't be a 'pay only the hours you actually play' option - however if they would implement one it would certainly show in higher subscriptions.
