How do i propose a video game idea to a company like bioware?

I'm interested in hearing your idea. I'm pretty sure big game companies like Bioware have people sending in ideas all the time but they won't make one. They have people for that and they would have to pay you lol. Plus so much would need to be altered for it to fit as a game.
