What program does Bioware use for their Mass Effect 2 and The Old Republic trailers?

I want to know what software, like Lightwave 3d or 3DS Max 2010, they use to render and create these awesome trailers.What program does Bioware use for their Mass Effect 2 and The Old Republic trailers?
If you're talking about the CG cinematic trailers, BioWare didn't make those. They were made by a company called Blur who specializes in CG trailers. I once saw a 'making of' video of an Old Republic trailer and I believe they said they used Maya, but I can't find that video anymore.What program does Bioware use for their Mass Effect 2 and The Old Republic trailers?
Most games are made with a number of software(S) from 3ds max, maya, combustions, after effects and a lot of software like that you cannot make a game unless you know everything on how to make a game
