Is it possible to get Bioware points with a playstation network card?

I'm new to this stuff, and seeing as how they don't have any Bioware cards in stores, i was wondering if this was a possible way to do it.

ps 3 slim is better. Because its have more graphics and more free online games.

- online gaming, media, and commerce options still aren't as fully developed as Xbox Live, though they're getting better.
